Sale of takeaway dishes by Pattaya.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Pattaya reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant, when dining in or when collecting your takeaway order. Accepted payment methods: cash and bank card.
4. Collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (6 Place Garibaldi, 03000 Moulins) at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not offer delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
